• $50.00 Delivery fee, plus 35% of total bill. (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years day is an additional $50.00)

• Groceries are not marked up, and the receipts are made available to the customer by email at final billing.

• No items are limited and substitution is rarely required.

• Orders needed a minimum of 2 days in advance, but accepted and worked in at last minute when possible.

• Prepared meals available with minimum 2 day advance notice. Customer requests accommodated whenever possible, ie: special recipes, gluten free, vegan etc.

• Fridge Fillers reserves the right to retain promotional coupons and in-store savings.

• Delivery is always attempted before guest arrival but not guaranteed. Volume of orders, property turn over and store variables may cause delays and we guarantee delivery by 8:30 P.M on the requested date.

• If for any reason a credit card is declined or invalid the customer will be charged a $25.00 fee.

• *There will be a 10% additional charge for orders placed within 24 hours of arrival.
