By working with your property management company or hotel we can schedule deliveries prior to your arrival so that your experience is hassle-free!

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Online grocery delivery orders must be placed at least 2 days before your delivery date. Next-day and same-day deliveries will be subject to an expedite fee,(https://www.snappeagrocerydelivery.com/rates) but please call us to check our availability. We'll do our best to fit you in!

What time do you schedule deliveries?

To respect the cleaning schedules and check-in requirements of your accommodations, all orders are fulfilled in the afternoon. We do our best to deliver before your arrival, but all deliveries will be completed by 5 pm at the latest.

What if something on my grocery list is out of stock?

Items are subject to store availability. If an item is out of stock we will replace it with the closest comparable product.

Can I order alcoholic beverages with my groceries?

How much does Snap Pea Grocery Delivery cost?

We charge a $45 delivery fee plus 35% of your total grocery bill.

When and how do I pay?

Accepted Answer

A $20 authorization will be applied at checkout to secure payment information. Upon completion of your delivery, we will bill your card on file for the balance due. Should you need to adjust your card information at any time you can follow the link in your confirmation email.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

No problem! Simply follow the link in your confirmation email to update your grocery list. We accept changes prior to the day of your delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

We accept cancellations no later than two days prior to your delivery date. Please call us at 307-264-0770 or email hello@snappeagrocerydelivery.com to cancel your grocery delivery.

Question 10

My accommodations aren't located in Jackson, Wilson, or Teton Village. Can I still order grocery delivery?

Accepted Answer

Delivery may be available to surrounding areas upon availability for an additional mileage fee. Give us a call or shoot us an email and we'd love to chat!
